All of the project newsletters will be posted here for your information. They are in PDF format, so you will need a separate application to view them. One such application is Adobe Reader, available for Windows and Mac, from Adobe.
Future newsletters will announce public meetings, explain project design alternatives and summarize the recommended improvements to I-75. We encourage your questions, comments and participation in the study. We will hold public workshops and distribute project notification newsletters.
Informative newsletters will be sent to those who are on the mailing list. The purpose of these newsletters is to obtain input into the PD&E process and / or to provide project information and introduce opportunities for public comment. The mailing list includes:
- Property owners within 500 feet of the project,
- Civic groups in the study area,
- Elected Officials, and
- Government and Regulatory agencies
These groups will be notified 21 days in advance of public meetings, therefore notifications will be sent out 25 days prior to the meeting. If you would like to be placed on the mailing list, contact the Project Manager Manuel Santos, or click on send us your comments to fill out your information.
