All of the project newsletters are posted here for your information. They are in PDF format, so you will need a separate application to view them. One such application is Adobe Reader, available for Windows and Mac, from Adobe.
Informative newsletters were sent to those who are on the mailing list. The purpose of these newsletters was to obtain input into the PD&E process and / or to provide project information and introduce opportunities for public comment. The mailing list included:
- Property owners within 500 feet of the project,
- Civic groups in the study area,
- Elected Officials, and
- Government and Regulatory agencies
These groups were notified 21 days in advance of public meetings, therefore notifications were sent out 25 days prior to the meeting.
