Public Involvement
Public involvement is one of the most important elements of a PD&E study, and public participation was strongly encouraged. There were many ways to stay involved, such as regularly visiting the project website, attending the public meetings and the public hearing (see Project Schedule page), and requesting information by phone or email. In addition, you were able to request to be put on the project mailing list by contacting the project manager.
