It is very important for the public to provide comments to FDOT about this project. There are multiple ways to get involved \u2013 call, write, or email us. You can also provide a comment electronically by clicking on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/projects\/gibsonton-dr-fern-hill-to-us301\/send-us-your-comments\/\">Send Us Your Comments<\/a> tab and filling out the form. You can also join us at our public hearing or invite us to speak at one of your own meetings.--><br \/>\nPublic involvement is one of the most important elements of a PD&#038;E study. <\/p>\n<p>A public hearing was held for this project on February 20, 2024, in person at the Riverview Public Library, located at <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/LS71Ea9AXiGKEXtd8\">9951 Balm Riverview Road, Riverview, FL 33569<\/a> and included an option to attend virtually online.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/projects\/gibsonton-dr-fern-hill-to-us301\/public-involvement\/newsletters\/\">Project newsletters<\/a> are mailed to all property owners within the study area as well as elected\/appointed public officials at key points in the study. The mailing list includes (at a minimum):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All property owners located within 500 feet of Gibsonton Drive\u2019s centerline<\/li>\n<li>Neighborhood and civic associations<\/li>\n<li>Local elected and appointed public officials<\/li>\n<li>Local, regional, and state agencies<\/li>\n<li>Anyone requesting to be included on the mailing list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Public involvement is one of the most important elements of a PD&#038;E study.
