The Howard Frankland Bridge (I-275\/SR 93) PD&amp;E and Transit Corridor Evaluation Study will provide many opportunities for the public to comment on the proposed improvements, including public meetings, small group meetings, and this project website (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/projects\/hfbs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/projects\/hfbs\/<\/a>).
