They are in PDF format, so you will need a separate application to view them. One such application is Adobe Reader, available for Windows and Mac, from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adobe.com\/products\/acrobat\/readermain.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adobe.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Informative newsletters were sent to those who are on the mailing list. The purpose of these newsletters was to obtain input into the PD&amp;E process and \/ or to provide project information and introduce opportunities for public comment.
