There were a number of opportunities to participate in person, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PUBLIC KICK-OFF MEETING: <\/strong>A Public Kick-off Meeting was conducted to introduce the project and obtain comments from the general public. This meeting was informal and conducted in an open house format. For a copy of the presentation provided at the <strong>Kickoff Meeting<\/strong> held on June 7, 2017, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/projects\/pasadenaave\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/122\/Kickoff-PowerPoint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click here.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>ONLINE SURVEY:<\/strong> This was another opportunity to be heard. The Online Survey is a tool used by the project team to understand issues and concerns you may have along the corridor.<span style=\"display:none\">Please <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScqVJJHalHeaLAC0RmNBF2fR80Cq4IZqwKI0dnKPpkP-_EJmQ\/viewform\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">click here<\/a> to view the survey.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>PROJECT ADVISORY GROUP (PAG) MEETINGS:<\/strong> A series of PAG were held throughout the study. The first meeting was used to obtain valuable insight from the public to help develop a vision for the future corridor. After the Visioning Workshop, a second meeting with PAG occured to gain input on possible alternatives for near-term and long-term improvements. The last PAG meeting was scheduled after the Alternatives Public Meeting to present the refined proposed alternatives that will be incorporated into the <strong><em>Corridor Alternatives and Strategies Report<\/em><\/strong> (CASR).<span style=\"display:none\"> If you would like to participate in the PAG meetings, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/pasadenaave\/send-us-your-comments\/\">click here<\/a> to fill out a form and indicate your interest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>VISIONING WORKSHOP:<\/strong> At the Visioning Workshop the project team reported the findings from the PAG meetings and asked for input from the public to refine the vision for the corridor.\u00a0For a copy of the presentation provided at the Visioning Workshop held on October 24, 2017, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/projects\/pasadenaave\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/122\/VisioningWorkshop_10242017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click here.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>ALTERNATIVES PUBLIC MEETING<\/strong>: At the Alternatives Public Meeting the project team presented the near-term and long-term improvements and asked for input from the public to refine the proposed alternatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"display:none\">Send us your comments and ideas to help us define the vision for SR 693 (Pasadena Avenue), and determine the most appropriate conceptual design alternatives for this portion of SR 693 (Pasadena Avenue). Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/pasadenaave\/send-us-your-comments\/\">click here<\/a> to request an update on this project.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Project Advisory Group<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to residents and users of the corridor and surrounding neighborhoods, our team worked with a Project Advisory Group (PAG), which included staff members from the jurisdictions with an interest in the corridor.
