There were multiple ways to get involved \u2013 calling, writing, or emailing us. There were a number of opportunities to participate in the study, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kickoff Meeting:<\/strong> A project kickoff meeting was held on June 20, 2019 with elected officials and public agencies to introduce the project, establish expectations and review proposed project schedule. A copy of the presentation from the meeting can be found in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdotd7studies.com\/projects\/us301us98int\/project-final-documents\/\">Project Documents.<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 5px\"><strong>Public Information Meeting:<\/strong> A Public Information Meeting was held on <strong>November 4, 2020<\/strong> to present the alternatives being considered to move forward in the project development process and allow the public to express concerns and make comments to be included in the project files. Use of this site offered the public an opportunity to add location based notes to a map of the study area at any point during the study process. The project team utilized this information to help inform the process and guide solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Newsletters<\/h2>\n<p>Two newsletters were be prepared to keep you informed about the project. Newsletters posted to this website can be found below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Newsletter 1<\/strong> \u2013 Study Kickoff, in May 2019.
