Public involvement is one of the most important elements of a PD&E study. It is very important for the public to provide comments to FDOT about this project. There are multiple ways to get involved – call, write, or email us. You can also provide a comment electronically by clicking on the Send Us Your Comments tab and filling out the form. You can also join us at our public meetings or invite us to speak at one of your own meetings.
Project newsletters are mailed to those on the mailing list at key points in the study. The mailing list includes (at a minimum):
- All property owners located within 300 feet of SR 60/Courtney Campbell Causeway centerline
- Neighborhood and civic associations
- Local elected and appointed public officials
- Local, regional, and state agencies
- Anyone requesting to be included on the mailing list. You can request to be added to the mailing list by filling out the comment form on the “Send Us Your Comments” page and selecting “Please add me to the mailing list to receive project updates.” or by contacting the Florida Department of Transportation District Seven by mail at 11201 N.
