Project Schedule

The US 301 PD&E study began in the Fall of 2020. The project activities include collecting information, developing roadway improvement alternatives and evaluating the potential environmental and social effects of the “no-build” and “build” alternatives. A public hearing is tentatively scheduled for the Summer of 2021 and the study is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2021.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is undertaking a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study to evaluate the widening of US 301 from south of US 98 to SR 50 in Pasco & Hernando Counties.
