The Fowler Avenue PD&E study began in the Spring of 2022. The project activities included collecting information, developing roadway improvement alternatives and evaluating the potential environmental and social effects of the “no-build” and “build” alternatives. A hybrid public hearing was held on June 15, 2023, and the preferred alternative was selected in September 2023.
