What’s New?

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Seven, in coordination with Hillsborough County, is conducting a PD&E study along Gibsonton Drive from Fern Hill Drive to US 301 to safely and efficiently accommodate future travel demand in Hillsborough County.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Seven, in coordination with Hillsborough County, held a Public Hearing for the Gibsonton Drive Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study.

Project Schedule

The Gibsonton Drive PD&E study began in the third quarter of 2022. A public hearing was held on February 20, 2024 and the study is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2024.
